HIA Homes is a Registered Domestic Builder, with more than 17 years of experience across the residential building industry in Victoria and Queensland.
Over those years, we've had the privilege of working on homes and projects of many different scales and styles — from new and architecturally designed residences to custom homes, major renovations, extensions and outdoor living projects. Our experience also extends across South East Queensland and the Gold Coast, giving us an appreciation of different building environments, construction methods and the expectations of homeowners in different markets.
Our qualifications in Building & Construction and Business bring together practical building knowledge with strong project management and commercial understanding. More importantly, our experience has taught us that every project is different. Every site has its own challenges, every design has its own character, and every homeowner has their own reasons for building.
